POST-WRESTLEMANIA 34 RETURNING ANALYSES PT. 2: RAW WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP

That was one of the anticipating matches for me, personally. I have watched both Jax and Bliss careers development and their controversial alliance in the Main roster. I think that everyone knows, that their relationships will reach that boiling point... This rivalry deserved to be solved at WM 34!

From the beginning of the match were Nia did what was logical to do - eliminating Mickie James from the equation to the end of the match with that stunning Second rope Samoan Drop, all of us hoped to see Jax not only as a moral winner, but as a title holder!

JAX'S LONG PATH TO THE GOLD

Since her arrival in NXT, we somehow know that this dominant woman is here to make a serious statement. Some people think about dominant, heavy wrestlers like they are boring, etc. First of all the powerhouses are the rel challenge for the smaller wrestlers. Second, Nia Jax proved to be more than a large girl - remember that rolling senton on Emma and Asuka? It was amazing! Of course large wrestlers have limitations, but some of them are willing to try to overcome the limits and to challenge their possibilities.

Nia missed several opportunities back there in NXT, in Raw. She fought with the best, always standing tall and somehow different. It was just a matter of time to see her reaching the gold.

I am so happy that Nia did what she is good at! I think that the time on the side line was important for her and that was the perfect moment not only to smash Bliss, but to smash her in the name of everyone, who was attacked for any kind of difference. I think that the interview she gave on Raw, before WM 34, was strong enough, to allow WWE to award her with the belt. She was more than a angry juggernaut! She was the outsiders and oppressed champion, in that ring!

BLISS FOUGHT TO THE END

Dirty games, stunning Twisted Bliss to outside, a lot of strategic kicks in Jax's legs.

Bliss didn't give up with an ease. She put a really good fight and she was dominant at one point.

We will always pray her mic skills, her nice work. Alexa was a really charismatic, heel champion and the WWE Universe loved her. Yeah, there were some rumors about her wrestling skills, but she compensate a lot with her gimmick and speeches.

But it was the exact time for her to lose and to lose to her former-best friend. That was the nice way for her to get some punishment. Now, we hope that she will be transferred to SmackDown Live, where a bunch of opportunities are awaiting!

OVERALL:

The 'magic' of this match was that it was build over a moral dilemma. Two former friends are engaging in a cruel battle, after the one's hypocrisy was revealed and the other had emotional struggles.

It wasn't best like Charlotte vs. Asuka or Ronda Rousey's debut, but it was nice addition to the card and expected on some point.

I really appreciate that WWE decided to award Jax with the belt and can't wait to see, where is that leading us.
