On April 25th, quietly and almost without warning, WWE released a new wave of Superstars — seven women, two of them pure surprises. I'll focus on the five main roster stars, since I don't have a deep enough look at Evolve, WWE ID, and some of the other formats introducing new talents. I don't know Tyra Mae Steele and Sirena Linton well enough to do them justice, and although I empathise with them and wish them all the success in their future endeavours, I want to give my full attention to women who are not only established in WWE but also deeply rooted in the independent scene as well.
