You can blame their fame on their husbands and fiances, but when you are in the ring your fiance is not there to save you from bumps or tooth loss! That is the 'cruel reality'! These women have grown up and developed themselves as wrestlers and as persons. As separate identities... And they did all of that in front of us!

From the girls with the same attires, that switched places/using their (hated by their opponents) Twin Magic to well-established Superstars and faces of the women's division the way was long and hard, and no Cenas or Bryans or Zigglers helped them that much as they helped themselves on their own!

I grow up with them! Since Brie debut against Victoria to their first Divas title reigns, through their rivalry that started at SummerSlam! I grow up with the Bellas! They grew up in front of us... I never allowed the haters' opinion to shade my view about them and I concentrate on their in-ring careers, because both of them had their separate moments of total perfection as wrestlers. For me, they were always two different individualities, no matter how similar they were dressed up and the moment when they decided to wear different attires, was more than fashion decision, it was symbolic separation without losing their twin unity!

No matter how seconds earlier Nikki was born, we found Brie more mature and more serious as a wrestler and person from the beginning!
C'mon you can't deny that!
That ass-kicking mom had a lot of great matches against the likes of AJ Lee and Charlotte Flair! She is really stunning and I adore her in-ring style with kicks that take away her opponents' breaths. For me without Brie, there is no the Bella Twins! So I am happy that we have her back...
Actually, it was Brie, who WWE creatives booked to win the belt first and it was Brie who bring her sister to that vital Divas Search Casting.

PAYING RESPECT TO NIKKI
It's not easy to separate yourself from your athletic sister and fiance-megastar!
Actually, until Total Divas, I didn't know that Nikki is dating John Cena! I was concentrated on their return and her rising to the top. Not that great path to the Divas title, like Brie. She won it in a total fluke against Beth Phoenix, just to lose it in a few weeks!
Look! Her second reign and her rivalry against Brie, really kicked off her career, despite the risky stunt with 'I prefer you had died in the womb' thing, that many of us still are not forget and forgive (to the creatives).
Nikki had the biggest development! The great improvement! Not only in the ring! But as a human being!
When I started to watch Total Divas I was amazed by how narrow, what an elementary mindset she had in the beginning. But she grew up! The injury, the heights, and lows in her relationships with Cena, all of that forged her as a strong woman, not a sleazy gossip girl! And that reflected in her in-ring presentation. It came up to repay and make her better and more respected by fans and fellow wrestlers!
Respect and love, for you Nikki, as well!

I hope that my honest tribute was not offensive! I really love the way the Bella Twins developed multi-dimensional in their careers and lives. I am so happy that I have that opportunity to finally honor them because they are the Superstars of one transitional generation. The generation of women who had to jump between the 'Divas' trademark right into the Superstars pool. Brie and Nikki, helped a lot for that, and their legacy is no way to be put in doubt!
