MYC 2018 E01 APPENDIX: 'WALK OF THE WINNERS' AND 'THE LADDER OF THE FALLEN SUPERSTARS' RATINGS

We decided that this year we will do a different rating preview. Not just top 5 of our picks from the episode. NO! We decided to honer the Winners and the Fallen Superstars in two separated categories. To honor all of them!

Because THERE ARE NO LOSERS IN MAE YOUNG CLASSIC 2018!

THE WALK OF THE WINNERS

RHEA RIPLEY
(AUSTRALIA)

We are starting with Rhea Ripley!

Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!

Oi, Oi, Oi!

Actually, we have a reply from her last year's 1st round appearance! She won back then and walked in the 2nd round to face our favorite Kiwi - Dakota Kai and to fall to Captain of Team Kicks kick, of course!

Now we have one tougher, bigger and stronger Rhea Ripley... and hungrier as well. She will not be satisfied with one belt, from the other side of the Ocean. She want to prove that she is the best in MYC.

We put her 4th, not because she is not one of the best recruits of WWE, but because she was all about power! Rude power! She won mostly by power and there is nothing wrong with that. But we wished to see more technique by her. I almost can't remember her spots - one kick in the face of MJ, while at the ropes, one great slam at the end. The middle is just rude force of power! Sorry! She's not my #1! I am just sit and wait what she is going to do next!

TEGAN NOX
(WHALES)

Some people will say: Why? She hit her finisher? She was great?

Thankfully Nox is not over-hyped as some other women in WWE! The girl is stunning and charming and entertaining! All of them great combination for a wrestler in the biggest promotion in the world and one of the greatest developmental brands on the planet.

Tegan worked great in her match, but somehow I prefer the lady on the 2nd position more. Nox already has a name in the word of wrestling. She is legend on her own terms and we can't wait to see more. But for now she is sidelined by her injuries! I have a suspicions that she even wasn't 100% ready to compete.

Whatever happens we wish her quick and full recovery and can't wait to see her joining forces with the faces of NXT, especially when the MMA Horsewomen are on the horizon!

LACEY LANE
(USA)

I hope that you will forgive me about my choice... actually I will justify it!

I have a faith in this talent! She looks great even when she did small botches! She don't give up! She is talented and NXT will help her by refine her skills even more. She is charismatic and athletic and I think that she will show us more in the 2nd round.

Lacey won her match by grabbing the chance in a opening. She had good strategy from the beginning. She outsmarted her opponent and now she continues the Walk of the Winners, as we expect even more form her in the next round.

MEIKO SATOMURA
(JAPAN)

Who else, do you expect?

Some people will say: These Japanese women! They will takeover the wrestling world!

Don't worry it's a big world! It's not easy to be taken!

Meiko Satomura is one of the three Japanese ladies that will attempt to conquer the Top of the Wrestling World - WWE. And her start is ... far away to be easily described. It was AWESOME as WWE Universe chanted. That Walking Legend show amazing tactics, athleticism and arsenal in her first match and at the same time elevated her opponent!

We expecting more stunning wins in the future rounds!

THE LADDER OF THE FALLEN SUPERSTARS

VANESSA KRAVEN
(CANADA)

Despite her years of pro wrestling experience and her strength, the Mountain was booked to lose to a rising star with great future!

Vanessa Kraven's appearance in MYC is significant on its own. It shows us that WWE is started to look in a wider radius, to search for more iconic indies like Santana Garrett, Piper Niven, etc. last year and Priscilla Kelly, Allysin Kay, etc this year. It was a great opportunity for her and her fellow indie Superstars, for sure and a look behind the scene of the WWE, which is another sort of experience.

MJ JENKINS
(USA)

MJ didn't have the opportunity to become an Impact KO Champion, but she earned a bigger opportunity. Her match in Episode one was clear enough as a statement - there is no need for WWE to be sorry that invested in her. As we mentioned in a earlier post we just hope that her path will not end the poor way, the iconic indie wrestler Abbey Laith's in WWE path ended!

ZATARA
(CHILE)

Zatara totally prove why she is perceived as one of the most dangerous women on Earth! She was really vicious and ruthless in her match. She was competitive and ready to do everything to get to the second round, but it wasn't  meant/booked to happen! Overall really great performance.

We really think that WWE should hire some luchadoras and give them some great booking. That will be great, especially if they reintroduce WWE Women's tag team title and Zatara and some other masked girl, could raise the bar for the other teams...

KILLER KELLY
(PORTUGAL)

Killer Kelly just make me want to see more European female wrestler in WWE!

She earned my respect for sure and I can't wait to see her winning the WWE NXT UK Women's Championship, soon!

The girl was great! She had a chance to face a Legend and she grab it and capitalize on maximum. I really enjoyed her battle with Satomura and I am glad that she didn't disappoint. She really impressed with her style and ability to grab opportunity during an opening moment in the match. Kelly brought Satomura to her limits for sure and vice versa - Meiko brought the best of Killer Kelly in that match!

Respect!
