NXT OVERVIEW: TRYING TO BREAK THE CHAMP AND MORE...

This week, we finally had our new NXT Women's Champion in action and what an action it was!!! But there was more post-match, in the face of unexpected ally and a promo, that brings 'bad news' for NXT women's division!

NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPION EMBER MOON defeated PEYTON ROYCE

With Billie Kay in her corner, one of the most iconic women in NXT - Peyton Royce, had the opportunity to shine in a non-title match and eventually to earn a future title shot. The Venus Fly-Trap was on the top of her game, cornering Moon on several occasions. But for me that stunning Tiger Feint Kick (619), that I've been waiting for so long worth it! It was my second best part of the match.

I can really appreciate Royce's development and quality work. She and Kay really evolve from the days when they were just two Aussie girls, who jobbed and walked in the shadow of Emma - the first Australian female-wrestler signed to WWE!

Finally, it was Moon's Eclipse that ends it all (my first top moment)... After a hard-hitting battle for dominance, that really worth it, the Champion emerged victorious, but not unharmed. The pissed-off Kay entered the ring for a post-match attack, and Ember's face met her knee...

And here comes the real twist!

Nikki Cross saved the day! Actually, in the last few months, Cross is spending her time mostly saving the day from the Iconic Duo! After saving the champ she started to run into the ropes in her crazy manner, still rising the question: "What are her intentions?".

That makes the evening even better. I'll love to see Moon and Cross working together against the Iconic Duo and then against each other. It would be nice if we add Taynara Conti (to Royce and Kay) and Lacey Evans (to Moon and Cross), as an opportunity for them to build something!

'BAD NEWS', GIRLS!

Dark silhouette. Light's on! One well-known face and sarcastic smile!

That's enough to bring chills, goosebumps, and every bad feeling up-down through your body.

Shayna Baszler, the MYC Finalist, one of the most brutal, ruthless and destructive forces that ever step in a WWE ring is coming straight to NXT. This means bad news for all of the women in there and a lot of challenge and competition, for everyone, especially for the likes of Nikki Cross, Bianca Belair, The Iconic Duo and especially the Champion Ember Moon!
