Oh, my dear WWE Raw!
Thank you for the warm - welcoming back to
our traditional results analysis and review! This episode was really full of
action, related to our favorite topic women's wrestling! From The Champ's
segment and non-title match, to best friends tension escalating into brutal
post-match attack...
The ring is set for a huge war on every front!
BLASTING/BLISSING ROUSEY!
SEGMENT
It’s easy to laugh behind someone’s back
Freshly crowned Raw Women's Champion Alexa
Bliss has a lot to celebrate after surviving the rage of Ronda Rousey.
So, this week, knowing that the feisty
Superstar is suspended, Bliss and her ‘buddy’ Mickie James went down the stage
for a little mocking as usual. Blasting… more like Blissing Ronda Rousey and
Nia Jax, was part of the segment and I can honestly say that Alexa is on the
top of her mic-game these days! I liked the segment. The part about the
overrated Rousey, was great wit a little drop of truth! Come on, let’s be realistic! We know that
Ronda Rousey was overpushed and that ‘suspension’ came in the right moment to
slow down, the buzz and gave the creatives and Rousey some time to step back
and prepare for a really big jump – Rousey as Raw Women’s Champion!
Natalya interrupted the program with
several announcements – counting the rest of her friend and training partner
suspension’s days and… Unluckily for Bliss, the bad news was served cold! ‘We
are having a match!’ and for our pleasant surprise, Nia Jax entered the ramp,
to join Nattie, ringside.
NATALYA
VS. RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPION ALEXA BLISS, NON TITLE MATCH
Who shut the Twisted Bliss?
The match that followed was really well
packed and worked!
Natalya is someone, who can really take
out the good stuff from any woman she wrestles. She and Bliss worked really
well and the moves they trade were really good. The end was classic.
Sharpshooter. Tap. Natalya wins and celebrate with Nia Jax.
The importance of the match is not to be
underrated. Natalya defeated the Champion and usually this mean a title shot.
So, eventually Jax might not be so happy for her friend’s win. If the ‘rules’
are not being changed for the case. But seriously I think that Natalya will
challenge for the belt this days and who knows, maybe she will be booked to
participate in the Raw Women’s Championship match against Bliss and Jax! Just a
suggestion!
Until then, it’s really nice to see Nattie
competing and winning, and Nia Jax back on track.
WINNER: Natalya
SASHA BANKS, BAYLEY & EMBER MOON vs. THE RIOTT SQUAD OF RUBY
RIOTT, LIV MORGAN & SARAH LOGAN
Post-match 'I had enough of you' outrage
I will lie if I say that I am not happy
with the Riott Squad’s victories, these days! I enjoy this push, which goal is
to elevate another storyline.
Ember Moon was just for color and to add
some competition and athleticism in the match. The Riott Squad was the
catalyst! (Liv Morgan’s headscissors takedown at ringside on Moon was perfect!)
The match was nice and dynamic, but the
end was the most important part. The loss to Riott Squad released the Beast in
the Huggable one! Bayley not just snap out, she was like an wild animal,
destroying the surprised Banks.
We were watching this old feud re-emerging
for weeks, and this Monday it escalates. The tension explodes! I think that
next week we will see the same thing that happened when Lay-Cool went to
consultation – a brawl in the consultant’s office! Overall we can’t wait to see
another epic match between Sasha Banks and Bayley.
But I have a tiny problem with that? Who
is the heel? This Monday Sasha Bnaks looked like a victim. Last week , too. Is
Bayley making a turn or something? I can’t imagine it! Sorry! Have you seen the
reaction of the crowd, when The Hugger nailed The Boss in and out of the ring?
They were excited! It looks like fans were dying to see Bayley showing her
dark, aggressive side… Fnas were tired to watch that ‘Friendship Never End
Saga’, that cracked at Elimination Chamber…
Now we can not wait to see the epic
beginning of the real End! The match on the horizon is just a prequel of what
is coming, because there is a lot of fuel in this rivalry.
WINNERS: The Riott Squad
