Finally! It's not Revolution, because it was not started by NXT's Becky, Sasha and Charlotte, single-handedly by them... Yeah, it was Revolution against the WWE then dominating model of recruiting women via Diva Search-like-funny-contests (despite the fact that Diva Search gave us some really memorable Superstars like Michelle McCool, Layla and Eve Torres, plus the Bella Twins)! It was Rebellion against the status quo - the dominating 'the look before the talent' policy!
Most importantly it was and still is an EVOLUTION!
Another stage of women's wrestling evolution, that started slowly with the likes of Mildred Burke and the scandalous Fabulous Moolah, Mae Youn and more, continued in the Attitude Era with Lita, Molly Holly, Trish Stratus, Ivory, Jazz, Jacqueline and more, survived the Diva Search Era and added names like Eve Torres, AJ Lee, Mickie James, Melina, Beth Phoenix, etc. to the long roster of women who shine or helped the other to shine bright.
It is definitely an EVOLUTION!
October 28 will be not just a date for a PPV, that includes only women! This date will be memorable as the event with the ecstatic Evolution, will capitalize and combine all of the Eras of women's wrestling in WWE affecting and the outer circles of the indies! That is not just another step in the women's wrestling development and rising - it's a huge jump over the abyss of sexism and inequality. It's a new page, new dawn and IT'S NOT THE END! We are still waiting for all women TV program like 205 Live and WWE NXT UK , plus WWE Women's Tag Team Titles for all of the brands, uniting and forcing them to compete at the same time (yes, we and Becky Lynch, we are thinking in the same manner).
This event is the final embodiment of all the struggles, tears and blood, every humiliation, every hardcore moment, every up and down, every 'first all-women' extreme or not done with them match... It's the face of the women's empowerment in the sports-entertainment!
