I will use my Angel and Devil mode in this one...
(Yeah, you hate it! Whatever! #ImAHeelToday)
THE ANGEL'S CLEAR AND PROFESSIONALLY NEUTRAL VIEW:
We have two debutants from SmackDown Live this year! Nice! It's nice to see new faces getting opportunities! Hurray!
Let's look who we have!
Let's start with the surprising one, for me - Mandy Rose! Guys, it's nice to see this talent who participated in many inaugural historical matches like Elimination Chamber and Royal Rumble, to get involved in this high-risk match!
That is a serious push and you know that in the MITB, you'll get another push, because the action and the ladders, the environment is kicking you to show your best and to survive. Lana's last year's match appearance was a good example of that. So I am sure that the Golden Goddess will show her best... that is a good chance for her and she will grab it.
Ember Moon is participating for the second year in a row. She is the one who will bring extreme spicy presence in the clash of ladders. I can say that her acrobatic-power move set will be one to look at in this year's match and I hope we will get more and more of it.
Moon is a really serious competitor and the best high-flyer, so I am expecting a lot from her. She is the one with good chances, for sure.
And the inaugural Miss Money in the Bank - Mella is Money, Carmella is back, after missing the last year's contest, due to a title clash with Asuka (where she was victorious (not without some help)).
The Princess of Staten Island (too many Princesses, Empresses, Queens, and Goddesses, eh?) is back on track and she will definitely bring some intrigue in the match because she is someone who always can pull a surprise from her sleeves and her technique is good. Overall, that girl knows how to throw a move!
Last but not least! The cherry on the top!
It's Bayley and she finally arrives in the MITB match! There is no doubt that she is one of the deserving and kind of anticipated participants. If not for that - she is one of the most experienced as a wrestler. But that will be her first Ladders match. I am sure she will do fine in it!
Just imagine it - an Elbow from the top or the highest step of the ladder over Alexa Bliss! Wow. I really can't wait to see her compete...
THE DEVIL'S NOTES: RELEASING THE BAD SIDE AND FORGET ABOUT MANNERS AND RESPECT (FOR A WHILE)
Hm...
You are FORKING KIDDING ME!
'Oh, new debutants! Oh! Oh!'
Reeeally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only debutante that excites me is Bayley! I'm in a heel mode and I still like Bayley! And do you know what... I am going far as I am saying that I want her to win the forking briefcase, smashing Bliss and whoever is needed to be smashed! She deserves it, after all the s*r*wed up she gets the past weeks and months!
Ha-ha-ha! LOL!
But Ember Moon? Yeah, she doesn't need a contract! She can make her way to the title picture on her own, without using ladders to accomplish it... She's there for the fun and for the athleticism because we need a hybrid flyer (who can slam you and moonsault you after that)! Someone to bring extreme, because the rest are tooooo classic! Even Bayley rarely could show something new...
Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose? WTF?
I prefer to see Ruby Riott (Raw) and Nikki Cross even out of nowhere Liv Morgan(as SDL representative) instead of these two! For real! Dana Brooke didn't have any match since WM35 and now she has a push when all we want to see is her released (instead of other talents... I'm talking about Emma, yes)... but okay! I will swallow this. Let her play! I'm curious about what she can do under pressure!
But Mandy Rose? (WWE) You are having a struggling women's tag team division and you are separating an established team in the name of another absurd push?! She defeated Asuka! She battled Naomi! And what? She is still the beauty not the talent in her tag team! No matter how many Implant Busters she will do, she is still far away from escaping the character of a sexy blond doll... Auch! That hurts! But it's a fact... This is how she is presented and now instead of jobbing for Asuka and Kairi Sane, next to Deville, (I will allow them to steal one-two wins over the Japanese, if it depends on me, just to get a reaction from the fans) she is sent to be the pretty face of MITB 2019 women's ladder match!
All at the cost of really good talents like Cross and Riott! Even Morgan who is so innovative and so underrated... I prefer these three! Sorry, not sorry!
Naomi is fine for me! Talented. Has some experience in this type of match. This year I hope to see her more flying around and messing with Moon because they have kind of similar styles (Ember is using some really powerful moves, not only aerial techniques, while Naomi is more into acrobatic and dance kicks).
Natalya! Veteran to balance the things! The problem with the veterans is that they don't understand that they are ... veterans. Their experience is priceless. Their help for the pack of new talents is honorable... But NO! They want titles! Well, I'm not sure that they will live to the opening in the title picture and talents pool and even if they did I am not sure that they are suitable for a reign anymore! We have four of these - Nattie, Alicia Fox, Tamina, and Mickie James! Be honest and tell me: Do you see any of them like a champ soon? No! Eventually, if every one of the rest of the locker room is injured or in a bad shape or there are not other ideas... maybe then. For now, they need to help solidify the current talents positions by losing or winning some matches.
Alexa Bliss! No comments! Let's leave it to the last year's appearance... and the fact that I don't want to see it happening again! It was funny the first time - the second time will be pathetic! Overall, she is a nice evil addition!
Oh! I almost forgot Carmella... Dance break and fun! Nothing else!
So that's it!
