This year we have a unique match. Actually, two matches - men's and women's will start simultaneously at WWE's Headquarter climbing the 'corporal ladder' i.e. starting from the ground floor to the rooftop where is the ring with the hanged over it briefcases. Women and men will fight their way to the dreamed contracts up, through the entire building, all over the place -in offices, conference halls, employees' gym, elevators, etc.
That is impressive!
For me, the list of the participants is 60% impressive as well.
RAW REPRESENTATIVES: THE JUGGERNAUTS
Raw has three of the most dominant and dangerous (all former WWE NXT's alumni, actually all six are) put in the six-pack.
They have Shayna Baszler who won her qualifying match against Sarah Logan via stoppage. Nia Jax who ruthlessly smashed Kairi Sane to enter the field, Asuka who was merciful to Ruby Riott in their both. Three women will bring mass destruction on the way to the roof. I won't be surprised if these three collide even with men on their way to the ladder, especially Jax's who has experience in intergender clashes.
I think that the chances of differences between these three are really low.
Nia Jax is leading on the base of pure power and raw strength. (20 %)
Shayna Baszler is relying on her strategies and technical submission wrestling style, mostly on injuring her opponents. (21 %)
SMACKDOWN FACES: A BUNCH OF WILD CARDS
There is no secret that Lacey Evans is the Blue brand's main hope. I don't want to underestimate anyone, but Raw's pack is HELL OF a STRONG (dangerous) and only Evans look capable to be a major force for SmackDown's roster. She has momentum, physics, and skills, as well as a strong will to fight, survive, and succeed. Her win over Sasha Banks, to qualifies, prove it.
Carmella and Dana Brooke - well, I don't see them as a filler, but they somehow entered on their last leg. Brooke defeated Naomi which was a huge upset! Upset literally for me. But still think that this is a compensatory inclusion - Dana missed WrestleMania, so let's push her in the MITB for a second year (wow!). Carmella defeated Mandy Rose with some distraction by Sonya Deville and got herself in for the third time (she won inaugural match twice in 2017th, participate in 2018's and now). These two are there for the drama. To extend the dramatic element because no one expects too much from them from the fans. I personally am curious how far will they go.
The chances are with big differences:
Lacey Evans is more than the Lady of WWE - she embodies strength, power, and skills, and she is on a ROLL which is important, guys. (20 %)
Carmella has some old fame to retain and she is really entertaining to watch with her screams and nice kicks. (10%)
Dana Brooke is a total Wild card and you'll never knew what she might hit, but also she is on a technical plateau of her skills, so it would be a wonder if we see something really shocking as a performance from her. I am not writing her off, at all. Opposite: I beg to be surprised by her! (10%)
Dare To Predict: SHAYNA BASZLER (NIA JAX OR LACEY EVANS); Yes, I dare to cite these three as possible winners. I am *excluding Asuka because she is there to elevate the game but I am not sure if she might win, because her situation is specific. Jax is rumored to win the whole thing, strongly. Evans as well. Baszler is my favorite to challenge and defeat Lynch, until the end of the year and win that Raw Women's Championship, damn it.
Of course, I have doubts that my favorite will win, but I stick with her, no matter what. It's more about the idea of Shayna defeating Becky than simply standing for Baszler!
