You can't find a suitable way to kick-off WrestleMania, then having a warm-up TakeOver, in New York! Maybe if we add the NXT Women's Fatal-4-Way Title Match as Main Event - that will make it perfect, but we'll see...

WWE NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP FATAL-4-MATCH
WWE NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPION SHAYNA BASZLER vs. IO SHIRAI vs. BIANCA BELAIR vs. KAIRI SANE
Four of the actual and top NXT women's division Superstars are facing each other in one (expected to be) an epic match!
Shayna Baszler's Second Age of Terror is tiring. With her and her Crew's (Shafir and Duke) constant attacks on the other women and all that, 'I am the best' stuff. She retained her belt against Dakota Kai, Nikki Cross, Kairi Sane, and Bianca Belair on different occasions - okay. She proved that she can be cruel and with the help of the other two, her friends, she is almost unstoppable. But maybe the time to finish that reign (of terror) has come. For me, it has come. Definitely!
THE MATCH:
Actually, at TakeOver: New York the three challengers will be forced to deal with Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke first if any of them wants to have a clean shot at Baszler and then the rest of those involved. First, they have to clean the ring from outside intruders, and we bet that Shafir and Duke will appear as distractions.
Once the ring is clear, and the outside danger neutralized, it's time to get rid of Baszler. That would be the greatest start of the match. Then every woman will be for herself. I think that Sane and Shirai will have a short alliance against the other two, but once they are the only two women in the ring they will beat the hell out of each other.
SHAYNA BASZLER
The three challengers are a great threat. Baszler can retain only if she leaves them to fight and then sneak into the ring at the point where some or all of them are exhausted. That would be the logical strategy if she wants to survive and retain the belt! Direct clash with the all three contenders will be her doom!
But we hope that even if she tries that tactic she won't be successful! We have had enough of her reign. Yes, she is the top heel, one of the greatest that ever stepped in NXT's ring. She's a strong and talented wrestler, using pure brutality and technical moves. She's perfect in her simplicity... But, for real - we have had enough! It's time for other women to shine. Respect!
KAIRI SANE
We don't want to see Kairi as Champion as well. It's almost the same situation as with Baszler. That might get kind of tiring. We need some diversity at that division's top. Sane is amazing! No one can deny her talent, skills, and accomplishments. I hope that she and Shirai will re-establish their alliance after the TakeOver and will challenge for the WWE Women's Tag Team belts. That would be a nice change as well.
But I am not sure that I want to see her winning the NXT Women's gold on Friday! No, bad feelings, just business. Respect!
IO SHIRAI
We have reached the hardest part because we have seen two really suitable options for the top spot.
Io Shirai really established herself as one of the top Superstars to watch in NXT. While her alliance with Kairi is a great creative decision, Shirai is destined to rule as a Women's Champion, at least in NXT! ( I think that she would be a stunning WWE Women's tag team Champion with Sane or Asuka in the Main roster). So I hope to see her winning that gold this Saturday.
It would be kind of retribution after her loss at the Mae Young Classic Final to Toni Storm (look Storm is UK Women's Champion now, so why not have Shirai join her and maybe have an international NXT Women's Champions fight at Evolution, for example). I think that Shirai is ready for a reign. She already has the momentum by participating at the Royal Rumble, so let the Genius of The Sky fly (her moonsault) to the victory at NXT TakeOver: New York... or
BIANCA BELAIR
Or, let the EST win it all!
...Besides the fact that we want to see her fighting Io for the belt in the future, which will be the better build up for her as a potential champion. But for now, we can see Belair as one of the two suitable options.
As much as I prefer her over Sane and Baszler, I still have that feeling that she needs a little bit more heat to reach to the championship reign. She is totally perfect as wrestler and athlete, but she can allow herself to wait a little bit longer and to gain more experience in battles against Shirai.
No matter what will happen we prefer her (or Io) to end up with the top prize.
PREDICTION'S RECAP:
Io Shirai.
Our other choice is The EST of NXT, but we are rooting for Io.
If Io wins that match that will open the door for a friendly, sportsmanship match against Kairi Sane for example. She will definitely has a rematch against Baszler and co. and then we can see the stage clean for a huge rivalry with Belair. A rivalry that could end with Belair as champ, several TakeOvers later.
Out of gimmick: The title is an award for the wrestlers work, talent, skills and actuality, ...fans love and respect as well. Both Belair and Shirai are covering that requirements, but Shirai has one big plus: EXPERIENCE. We can add her risky style to the equation and for us, she is the best, most suitable woman to win that belt tonight.
