SHINE WILL BATTLE WWE THIS JULY!

Pure coincidence or totally cold calculated?!

This is our dilemma about the future coming  SHINE Wrestling Nova Championship Tournament where 16 women will battle each other to crown the new title's holder. The inaugural champion!

Many questions still circulated around the event : What is the role of the newest title? Is it a replacement of the main SHINE Championship? Who will participate?

Today browsing for news I found an article in SquaredCircleSirens.com that confirms the dates of taping. I heard that they were changed, but the new announced dates looks like a challenge to WWE and there is nothing wrong with that.

July 13th and 14th!

The same days that WWE will tape their Mae Young Classic Tournament, in Full Sail University (the home base of NXT), involving 32 women, from the Performance Center, through Germany, Mexico and right to the faraway China and India. Later they changed the dates, as the finals looks to be held on July 16. But the competition is on! Both tournaments are in a close range of time.

SHINE has a good advantage. It has a small pack of really talented fresh and established talents. They have the likes of Ivelisse Velez, Mercedes Martinez, Leva Bates, Su Yung, Luscious Latasha,  Chelsea Green and Santana Garrett etc., for now in a contrast to rising  new names like Kiera Hogan (WSU Spirit Champion), Priscilla Kelly, Maria Maria, Stormie Lee, Raquel / Gabi Castrovinci etc.. Who know who will be involve in this fight. The rumors say that it will be a title for new talents, which sounds really great.

The company lost many talents to ROH, Impact Wrestling and WWE, like Taeler Hendrix, Cherry Bomb, Kimber Lee, Kelly Klein, Thea Trinidad. They must put this names on display as their Alumni, without a doubt. But what I'm worried about is that they didn't invite several names, who are trending at the US women's wrestling scene, like Hania The Howling Huntres, Sumi Sakai, Faye Jackson, Toni Storm, Deonna Purrazzo and even names like Velvet Sky or Melina, even Victoria/Tara. Maybe it's financial difficulties, that keep them from hiring these names. It's hard to find sponsors about anything! We know that well! I hope to see Hania and Deonna, soon. But for now we can enjoy the feeling of excitement surrounding their new title's tournament and guessing who will be involved in there. Maybe we can see some forgotten Alumni?

Who knows?
