AWOW: SMACKDOWN LIVE RESULTS AUGUST 02, 2016

1. EVA MARIE'S UNSEEN RE-DEBUT!

SmackDown Live women's action started promising a nice match between all-fans favorite Becky Lynch and all-fans non-favorite Eva Marie.

I have read about it. I wake up early and check the results in Wednesday. I watch the show at the evening, just to be sure how everything is happening and to analyze it...

Well, I don't know what the idea was for this SmackDown Live. Two ruined matches! It looks like they want us to wait and become impatient, to want to see more.

Eva was presented as manipulative and cowardly competitor. She was present as someone so scared to wrestle Becky Lynch, so she simulated injury and the match was cancelled. I think that they try to convince us that she is the type of woman, who decide where, when and how to face any challenge. She decided not to face The Irish Lass Kicker, tonight... Maybe this is the plan - she will escape every match until someone stops her. I just want to see what SmackDown Live's writers have in store...

2. THE DARK QUEEN OF HARTS  VS. THE PRINCESS OF STATEN ISLAND
After serious threats and royal titles displayed backstage, it almost looked like we are going to see something at last...Some real action! Some dreamed action!

Aaaa... NO!

Pre-match brawl leaded to another match cancellation.Natalya attacked Carmella and locked her in Sharpshooter, before the ring bell, outside of the ring. The referee cancelled the match.

Another good moment robed from us!

I think after two ruined matches, next week there will be a consequences for the women's division on SmackDown. Maybe next week we will see tag team match or something. Maybe next week Alexa Bliss will attack all of the other women and someone unexpected (like Victoria or Nikki Bella) will stopped her. That's a subject of another "tag" in this blog.

SmackDown Live was disappointment, from women's action perspective. Two promised interesting battles was brought down to simple injury-angle and a brawl-alike scene. I am sure that Shane O'Mac and Daniel Bryan's writing team have something on their mind, but why they needed to ruined both women's matches in one night?!?

I hope that we will have a compensation about that, next week!
