WWE Women's Champion Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte on SummerSlam PPV , 2016!
It's not the match we were expected! Many of us hoped to see The Boss dethrone Charlotte at the Biggest Event of the Summer. But c'est la vie. Sasha defeated Charlotte on first RAW after the Draft, to become a champion.
Her reign starts with a loss. How and when, you will learn (if are not learned it, yet).
It's looks like, Charlotte strategy is to weaken the champion. The booking strategy is to push Charlotte for a while, to looks like she can regain her title back and to make Sasha looks, unsuitable.
As WWE.com remind us, Sasha was the one who ended Charlotte's reign as NXT Women's champion, down there! Now she do the same, but on a more greater and larger scene, with billions of fans chanting her name.
I hope that they will not choose the exchange of title game. It's nice, when you have two people who works great, like Paige and AJ Lee,but for Sasha and Charlotte this will be a a bad move. Not because they don't work more than excellent together -no, the chemistry between those two is great! But to book Sasha to drop the title on SummerSlam - well that will be a BAD idea. The whole WWE Universe, every specialist of wrestling, will tell you that making great competitor like The Boss, who has a total support from the audience and the fans worldwide, to lose her title after two weeks reign is risky. No matter what great maneuver Charlotte will use. Moonsault. Piledriver. Rock bottom. It doesn't matter. Sasha worked hard for her reign and she deserved a long reign.
So I hope that they don't have that in mind.
Now the pressure on Sasha especially is huge. She has to work harder and work on a good matches and more new moves, to back up her announcement and promises from the last week - for a New Era. She must be more careful with everything she does and she must expect a lot of pressure from the Authorities.
As for Charlotte. Well, she's a good worker. You can expect a lot of good heel things from her.
The match at SummerSlam, will be the first important milestone, for The Boss as Champion.This is supposed to be more than a rematch. It's a bloody rivalry...
