First we have Bayley eliminating Dana Brooke from the equation! Then we have a back and forth battle, just another PPV quality match between two of the Four Horsewomen!
I will start with the official loser of the match. Why? Because she deserve to be mentioned for the good, almost superhuman effort to retain the title. Charlotte's corkscrew moonsault was phenomenal and it was another of her great moves-moment, that proves that she deserved to be on the top. Hate her or not, Charlotte did a great job last night, on her own, without protegees and relatives at ringside.
Sasha nailed it at the end. I enjoy when a wrestle went to her/his finisher in a nontraditional way. That headscissors transitioned into Bank Statement, was unique way to lock a submission finisher. Sasha and Charlotte gave all they got in that match and it was amazing and beyond that. Sasha cashed in all of her statements about new reign.
Most importantly we didn't see women-wrestler main-eventing RAW for decades. I think that Eve and Aj Lee were the last two, to compete in a mixed tag team match. The most memorable then-Divas' RAW Main event was between Lita and Trish Stratus. So, now we have Sasha and Charlotte standing next to those two legendary WWE women.
Sasha's victory opens the way for more future women's main events. Her rivalry with Charlotte was so intensive that it was clear that they deserve to set the tings off in the main event slot.
